Extremely lengthy process with 2 tests and questions that caught me off guard like being made to do tasks on the spot. Terrible experience. I didn’t enjoy it and felt the interviewer wasn’t friendly, didn’t make the interview feel like a conversation.

In depth process, two separate meetings with team members followed by a phone call with a senior team member. The first meeting involved a writing task. The second meeting involved a presentation to be prepared beforehand. Process took around 3 weeks in total.

Why choose to start in agency rather than in house?
Extremely long interview process for a London living wage position. The interviewers were really friendly and supportive, yet that doesn't compensate for the 4 stages of the recruitment process. Also, I was rejected for a really vague reason of not having the right motivation for the industry
