Interview
Phone interview followed by a scheduled interview on location. Two interviewers at the same time. The two person interview was balanced between the two interviewers, I was told upfront that no eye contact would happen while they notated the questions response. I was walked through the area where I would eventually be hired to start my career.

Asked typical questions, recall a situation where you were challenged, ever have a situation where you didn't agree with a co-worker, recall a situation where you went above expectations from employer, working on a deadline. What my interests were outside of work, hobbies, clubs/organizations.
