The first few rounds are mainly behavioral. It gets more technical as the process moves along. They emphasized their focus on on technical knowledge and ability to create models from scratch

Typical interview, asked about experience and went through the resume. Very selective process and preparation as well as charisma are needed. The pacing is very realistic and enough time is given to answer, emphasis on examples and scenario management was evident!

Interview
The interview process was extremely long and I met with the team SIX different times, mostly asking the same questions over and over. They had me come to their office and property taking up much of my time then after weeks and weeks of this I didnt even hear back- I had to reach out after I heard through the industry an offer had been made to someone else. I saw several red flags during the interview process but not having the courtesy to tell a person you had interview SIX times that they didn't get the job was the biggest red flag of all. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
