I had three interviews with different staff members from the company. They asked about my CV and my past experience. I found each interviewer friendly and encouraging, and it felt like they set up a good rapport with me early in the interviews. When necessary, the interviewers gave me time to consider my answers for more difficult questions.
Each interview had a mixture of competency-based questions and broader questions about my career goals and understanding of public affairs. I did not sit a written assessment, though samples of my written work were asked for after I passed the first interview.
Overall, I left feeling challenged by the interview but happy with the overall process.
