Called by HR for a phone screen but missed the call so they left a message. I called back to set up a time for the phone screen. Was told they would call me at 11:00 am the following day. The HR recruiter called late by 20 minutes and didn't bother apologizing or giving an explanation for calling late. The interview was easy, basic interview questions about my experience, education, etc. Lasted about 20 mins and then was told I would hear from them about next steps either the same day or the following week. That same day around 5 pm I have a missed called from them and was asked if I could come in the next day for an in person interview. This was extremely last minute and I wasn't able to come in so I asked to reschedule for the following week. Provided a few days I was available but was told they would call me next week to schedule something. The following week I didn't hear from them so I emailed asking about scheduling the in person interview. Never heard from them and then a couple days later I get a generic email saying I didn't get it. Extremely unprofessional. They expect you to drop everything for them and to be available when it's convenient for them. I read previous bad reviews about this company but decided to apply anyway. Avoid at all cost. Waste of time.
