Interview
The interview process was very relaxed and straightforward. It was a casual one-on-one conversation with no pressure at all. The interviewer was friendly and made the whole experience comfortable. They asked general questions about my background and interest in working with children. Overall it was a very easy and pleasant experience with no stress involved whatsoever.

They asked if I had any prior experience handling or playing with LEGOs as a child. I answered honestly that I had not, but I was still offered the position, which showed that prior experience was not a strict requirement for the role.

Interview
It was very pleasant and the company was very understanding. It didn't seem like they wanted to purposely ask questions that would intimidate you or make you feel nervous. They were interested in me, my previous work and how I can contribute to them.

Seamless. Very casual chit chat, one to one experience. Open for questions at the end. Clear description and expectation from the role was given and consent taken before further details were discussed.
