Bright Ideas Lighting Solutions interview questions

Casual and Comfortable! I was welcomed in and given a glass of water and asked to describe myself. Felt that they were genuinely trying to get to know me. Very friendly atmosphere and I felt very at home. This wasn't an aggressive or scary interview.

Met Alex and Morgan at a career fair. Followed up with my resume and a cover letter. Received a reply with an interview offer. Interviewed with Julie who deals with all the hirings for Bright Ideas. She's awesome. Was very friendly and made me feel comfortably instantly. Two weeks later I was actually offered a different position than what I originally applied for. I accepted the position because it seemed like a great company to be apart of. Turns out my intuition was correct, I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. I would strongly recommend Bright Ideas to anyone.
