Scheduled an interview with somebody overseas who didn't show up. Aparently the interview corodinator did not know how to create zoom meetings. Finally when I did have an interview, the person seemed to have no respect for my time. It appeared like he was conducting the interview from a day care. I was not asked any relevant question and just skimmed throught the resume. The person had terrible communication skills. After the interview was over the coordinator was not even informed that the interview took place and she again scheduled the interview with the same person. I had to go to lenghts to get it cancelled. The person who did my system design interview sounded so egoist that I immediately dreaded ever having to work with him. I was offered 250K base plus options. After some research I concluded that hte company has signed a deal with a SPAC and the options are highly overvalued. I would have needed 4X the options they were offering to match my current TC.
