Interview
It just a fomality since there are high turn over. Luckily if we found someone willing to work here, since bad management here, rules keep changing, lack of paid, and super tricky you will never get your right
It was like a 2 interview rounds and very friendly and basic yet formal and yeah it was just done in a whole week and also got training after selection
One quiz, one teaching session, then training sessions and final selection from the understanding of training material (again a teaching session). Quiz will be related to subject opted, mine was coding.
Listen to the training session well and make notes. They check all of them in the final teaching session.
Project links would be in the platform scratch which is a block based coding platforms.
Introduction(brief introduction about your self).
Question on language(To check how good you programming language).
Question on logic to check how good you in logical building and problem solving.
Mock teaching(Perform a demo teaching in front of interviewer).
