I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at BrightNight (Alys Beach, FL)
Interview
I interviewed with a recruiter named Guy, this was through a referral agency but they handled the interviewing process directly with the candidate (myself). I then interviewed with the EA to the CEO and then had a follow up skills interview to prove I was tech savvy with the same EA of the CEO. Then interviewed with the CEO's wife whom was the person I would be supporting and working for directly. Long story short, they put me to do some paid work and I was just waiting on a date to meet the whole family face to face to then sign a contract for with a relocation package. It all seemed perfect but they retracted stating because I was a family woman it was a burden to relocate me. They had promised the sun, the moon and the stars lol, stating they would be provided an all-inclusive relocation package for me where nothing would come out of my pocket. I won't go into detail of how much the wife of the CEO offered me and then retracted weeks after working, said she felt responsible for my family and she wouldn't relocate me. I would steer clear of such a bipolar management because their internal staff also had some complaints about the load of work.
A couple rounds of interviews. Willingness from management to set up additional conversations with other team members to get to know the company. Good and transparent about expectations and qualifications.

Worst experience ! Unprofessional ! They took 4 rounds of interview and they ask all your documents and then they tell you that offer is just about to release and then they say you are not suitable for the roll.
