Applied through a recruiter. Initial phone screen. On-site interview at their Santa Monica office.
The onsite interview was about 3 hours long with 3 interviews back to back. Received the offer the next day.

Interview
I was referred by a friend and current Senior Engineer at Brighter. I got an email from HR in next 2 days, upcoming Monday , I was scheduled to hop on an phone screen with Director of Engineering. After which I was called on-site for a face-to-face interview. My interview was conducted by CTO , Director of Engineering , QA manager, 2 Engineering Managers and 2 Product Managers. The Overall experience was very knowledgeable and exciting. I was selected and got an offer letter very next day of the interview

To design an algorithm to schedule appointments based on existing date-times and make sure there are no conflicts.

Had a phone screen where I talked about my background and their software stack. Next an in-person interview where I talked about my background, did some simple data structures/algorithms problems including coding on a laptop. Met with developers and PMs. The entire on-site process lasted about 3 hours. Got an offer the next day
