Question 1
The most difficult thing about interviewing for this company was the format of the interviews I participated in. My first-round interview was over three hours long, and I was not given a schedule or any sort of indication beforehand that the interview would last that long. In that interview, I first met with a group of six people, then I met one-on-one with one person, and lastly I met one-on-one with another person. In my second-round interview, I was asked to complete a project over the course of several hours, with two people looking over my shoulder as I worked.
I applied in-person. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Brilliance Audio (Grand Haven, MI)
Interview
Epic interview - 45min portfolio presentation, with three 45 min interviews after it - mostly behavioral questions that relate to their leadership principles.
Spent 4 days preparing for it. HR communication was good throughout but disappointing they could not provide feedback on the interview result after I spent so long preparing and dedicated a day to attend the interview
