Application & Initial Interview:
The first part of the process with the Talent Acquisition team was smooth and professional. The recruiter was polite, well-prepared, and explained the role clearly. At this stage, everything felt promising.
Interview With the COO:
The interview with the COO felt very different. His demeanor came across as noticeably dismissive, and it didn’t give the impression of someone genuinely interested in the person behind the application. The contrast between the recruiter and the COO was very apparent.
Overall Impression:
The process starts well, but the leadership interview may feel discouraging depending on what kind of communication style you’re comfortable with. It’s definitely something to be aware of before applying.

Question 1
Typically, they will ask about your job experience related to the role they’re hiring for. In my case, the questions focused mainly on my previous responsibilities, how I handled customer interactions, and whether my background aligned with what they were looking for.

Interview
They invite you in for an interview that lasts 12 minutes. After that, you get to do a huge task containing rewriting the whole article and creating ads for them - and you never get feedback on it. Their excuse - number of applicants. Time wasters.

Interview
I applied for the analyst role but when the first interview took place, I was told I would be interviewing for customer service. Some nice gal in the Philippines recorded my answers and she read off questions from a worksheet. I get an email saying that I have been selected for a final interview with the COO and I scheduled that. I arrived to the meeting 5 minutes early and waited 15 minutes with no one showing up. I emailed the COO and HR twice. I have never heard back.
