I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Brilliant Earth (New York, NY) in Jan 2018
Interview
Initial phone interview, followed by a video-based interview. The company is flexible with interview dates and times. I found them to be cordial and quite accommodating.
Interview questions are as previously described. Nothing out of the box. The company heavily emphasizes its ERP system, though, so be prepared for that.
They took the time to follow up with me, even though I didn’t get the job. I appreciated that.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
After a brief tour of our enterprise resource planning system, take control of the PC and navigate in response to a few “seek and find” questions.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Brilliant Earth (Denver, CO) in Apr 2019
Interview
Very direct questions read off from a sheet of paper. Was one of my worst interviews. The person on the other side showed little interest in me and what I was capable of. When I asked questions about the company she restated what I asked. Example “I see on here that you have an open office space. Does that mean you have a good team environment?” Answer “Yes this is a good team environment”
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Brilliant Earth (Denver, CO) in Mar 2019
Interview
The interview was surprisingly short. Via phone, I was simply asked to summarize my experience and why I am interested in the position. No trick questions. I did not really feel like the questions matched my personal resume, they seemed more to be questions that they ask everybody. I was not offered to move further along in the process, but I did not mind.
