It was a phone call where they asked me why I would make a good tree planter. The hiring managers that I have worked with in Ontario and BC/AB/SK are both great people, fun to talk to and incredibly knowledgeable about everything that goes on. I always look forward to phone calls or emails from them about additional work.

Very informal, just need a referral from a past planter. They are super easy going and you just need to prove that you are self driven and outdoorsy, tough and have gone through a difficult situation in the wilderness.
