There is a quick phone screening with few technical questions. Then there is on site interview with application development manager and solution architect. Questions are mostly not very difficult and to the point. There is although on the spot SQL test. Overall it is a good experience, but I was a bit disappointed with the HR for not communicating the outcome of the interview. I have taken time and effort to go through their process ... It was the least the HR can do.
