The interview process was really horrific and unmanaged.. I interviewed via campus in 2019. First round was Extempore in which they selected 4 members in a group of 10 . Next was technical which the most bias round.. One guy from the team was just asking about projects and checking the communication skills. Another lady was just focussing on Technical knowledge as she was unaware about my project as she did not know the terms so she just focussed on what she knew and asked useless questions.. Third round was just Technical in name.. The lady was again just focussing on communication
