The interview process was easy and fast. I was called and then scheduled for an interview at the facility. I arrived, sat down with DOR with the regional manager on video call. They asked about my background and experience. Nothing out of the usual for an interview.

I was given a tour of the facility (both long term care and short-term), met staff (with the interviewer present), and met the other OT (with the interviewer present), and it was an in-person interview.
