Does not equate to the position...It was long and drawn out with no real structure.
Long Phone Screen with consultant to answer questions - 1 1/2 hours
1st In-Person to meet the Senior Administrator and Consultant - 1 hour
2nd In-Person to meet a couple of the VP's and CEO - 3 hours
