Broadmoor Development interview questions

Email from Property Manager. Then had a 30-min(wish) phone interview. Followed up with an in-person interview with roughly 4 people in the room. Felt very welcoming. One of the hiring managers sat next to me as to make it not feel like I was being judged. Very light and conversational.
