Went to their office in Chicago, Interviewed with multiple senior executives, First had a phone interview with HR about availability and interest followed by a phone call with a senior manager. Then got an email asking me if I could come into the office for an in-person interview. Very fit-based interviews asking about culture and interest in REITS and retail as a whole.
The overall process was very quick and efficient, featuring only 2-3 rounds of interviews. The questions were quite straightforward. If you truly know your personal motives and can comfortably discuss your past experiences, you are all set to succeed here.

First round telephone call with HR and second round teams call with VP. All behavioral questions and overall low stress interview. Show your interest in the role and company and you should be fine.
