The interview process was super fair. After submitting the application, the people that needed interns would reach out to you. Typically, you'd do a call or some form of meeting to talk to them and just see if you were a good fit. Sometimes there wouldn't be a call and all you would do is say you'd love to join their team and you'd receive the offer.
