Got invited to do pre-screening assessments 2 weeks after application. 3 days after, I got invited to an interview 2 weeks later. At that point I was asked for references and then received an offer 15 days later. In the interview, I met with who would be my supervisor (section manager) as well as their boss (department manager).
The NOIT interview process at Bruce Power typically starts with an online application and HR screening, followed by a phone pre-screen. Successful candidates then complete a structured panel interview focused on behavioural and basic technical questions, with reference checks, medical evaluation, and full security clearance required before a conditional offer.

Interview
Very thorough interview process based on behavioral and technical concepts. Passed first screening questions, then an hour long situational questions based on how you behaved in given different situations. Second phase of interview is purely technical questions with technology background. And another online technical test set for a time slot.
