I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Buckeye Marketing (Green, OH) in Nov 2016
Interview
I applied for the job online, and received an email from the Office Manager about 2 weeks later. We played email tag for a few days trying to set up a phone interview. When we did get to the phone interview the next week, it was pretty straightforward. The Office Manager asked some basic questions about my work history and basic skills. When we got to the in-person interview (another 2 weeks later), the Marketing Manager seemed content just to meet me. He asked me a couple questions about my time commitments (do I have a demanding wife or kids? he rephrased in a joking manner). After the 10 minute interview I was able to start the following Monday.

Question 1
Do you have any major commitments in your life that would prevent you from working the hours expected of you?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Buckeye Marketing (Green, OH) in Jul 2017
Interview
It was the most unprofessional interview I ever had. I had to wait over an hour for the HR person to start the interview. No one came in to offer anything to drink. She didn't even look at my resume and didn't want a copy when I offered. She proceeded to ask me illegal questions about my age and marital status. Seriously?
Next, the IT director comes in, takes one look at me and snickers. I can tell he doesn't like women. He proceeds to say that I would be working on an all male team, can I handle that? I tell him, yes, of course I can handle that. I knew right then and there 2 things: 1) I do not under any circumstances want to work for this company and 2) they would never offer me a job here. No love lost.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Buckeye Marketing (Green, OH) in Feb 2014
Interview
I had a phone screen and then came into the office and met with two managers. I was given a tour of the office and met some other employees. The interview was pretty casual. Nothing was tricky or unexpected.
