I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Buffalo Wild Wings (Huntsville, TX) in Mar 2016
Interview
Got a phone call, they told me to come in. Came in for the interview, had to wait like 40 minutes before anyone ever came out. Then we sat down and we interviewed. They liked me because I'm so bomb.com...
The interview was pretty straightforward and casual. I applied online and got a call back within a few days to come in for an in-person interview. It was a one-on-one conversation with the kitchen manager and lasted about 15–20 minutes. They asked basic questions about my previous kitchen experience, how I handle a fast-paced environment, and food safety knowledge. They also wanted to know if I was comfortable working late nights and weekends. I was offered the job on the spot and started training within a week.
