I applied in-person. I interviewed at Buffalo Wild Wings
Interview
It was really easy because My friend works there. Pretty standard. It is best to speak with he general manager and speak with him, hand your resume in and apply online. They will ask you about your availability, when you can start, and what position you're applying. They interview many people and it is best to have restaurant experience.
Sat down and asked the usual questions in the interview process, having previous experience is a big factor. Process seemed to go smoothly and felt more at ease when the interview started.

I applied online. I interviewed at Buffalo Wild Wings (Milwaukee, WI) in Dec 2021
Interview
It was consistently interrupted, unprofessional, and lengthy. I was left sitting there for 30 minutes at a time for no reason. My application could not be located even though they had called me in for an interview. So, I had to fill out an additional application on the spot and was then left sitting there again for 30 minutes. Worst interview experience thus far.
