Builders Capital interview questions

Had one Zoom interview and one in person panel interview with the head of the department, COO, and recruiter. Team was very friendly and responsive but it was the aftercare that really soured the relationship. There was 0 follow-up on the part of the Recruiter, even when I reached out to find out if there was any progress. Only found out I had been rejected once seeing the person that filled the position announced online.
