I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Bungalow (Los Angeles, CA) in Jul 2019
Interview
The process was very structured and organized. I truly enjoyed talking to the recruiter and gm. The challenge was more intense then expected. This company isn’t looking to train someone in this role so before applying make sure you have experience already.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bungalow (Seattle, WA) in Aug 2019
Interview
The interview process was rigorous but standard for a growing start-up.
It started with a Recruiter phone screen then progressed to a call with the hiring manager. After that, I was given a challenge to complete that would demonstrate core competencies & skills for the role. Once that was submitted, I was selected to present to the hiring manager and head of Org. Once that was passed, I did a virtual on-site "loop" style interview with various employees from differing orgs within the company. My final call was with the CEO and co-founder.
Like I said, thorough but well worth it. Every interaction I had with an employee at Bungalow confirmed my desire to work here. The passion, drive, and intellectual horsepower was impressive and definitely sparked my interest further. Apply!
