Initially, there was a Technical and Aptitude test. After getting clearing the tests, next thing was the interview. I was interviewed by Head of Manufacturing and Human resource. Both were supporting during the interview which took around 15-20 min. They always check the willingness of the candidate to join the company with some tricky questions.
