They call you around a week before asking when you can do an in person interview, Then its pretty easy if you answer honestly and with common sense. The interview itself was around 15 minutes and they called me back 2 days later saying I had got the job and I can start the next day.

The interview process was pretty smooth and laid back. I went to the store at 4pm, completed the interview, and before I left knew what my temporary schedule for the following week would be.
