During the onsite interview, I met with various members of the team, including the hiring manager, potential teammates, and other stakeholders. Pretty relaxed and straight forward. Everyone there was nice and they show you around the office. Good location, not too far from public transportation. Good company with a family operated feel. Sleek office setting.

Interview
I was referred to the company by a friend. I quickly sent over my resume and within 2 days I received an email to set up a potential date for an interview. I then set up a date and then traveled to Chicago to be interviewed. They had a nice building and the employees seemed like they were a close knit group.

they asked me vague questions like what I could do to work better. Also asked about what I did in high school, which I found irrelevant but to each his own. They mainly explained the job functions I would fulfill. They didn't really ask too much about the specifics of my experience and highlighted things on my resume that they claimed they do very similar.
