Pros: Both the recruiter on the phone interview and the interviewers were great and asked relevant questions. They did get back to me, even though I was not chosen for the 2nd round of interviews. Cons: Between the initial phone screening and the interview, I was given less than a day to prepare. I understand the need to move quickly as a multi-national firm, but applicants need to be given time to prepare.
