I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Buro Happold (London, England) in Nov 2016
Interview
The interview process is quite strange. The telephone only lasts 10 mins or so. I am more used to telephone interviews that last at least twice that long. Its can be difficult to sell yourself in that short time especially when you have to answer 6-7 questions about yourself and your motivations in that time. Tip: Prepare answers to popular interview questions, dont have them written down. KNOW the answers and be ready to give them

Question 1
What motivated you to study what you studied and how do you feel you'd be a good addition to the company?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Buro Happold (London, England)
Interview
It was a difficult interview, there were two interviewers. Most of the questions were very specific to my current job, and how that relates to what they're looking for, it was in a lot of depth.
Friendly and responsive during interview process. Quick invitation after initial CV application. Straightforward initial screening call to gauge fit and interest for company and role. Straight forward questions to understand CV, background and motivation for applying.
