The process was in 3 stages: CV & Covering Letter submission >> Telephone Interview >> 1:1 in-person interview. The telephone interview was an informal discussion to explore my motivations for working in the sector and what drew me to BuroHappold specifically. The in-person interview started with an explanation of the team I was applying to join, then I gave a 5-minute presentation which I'd been asked to prepare, after which we explored the points I'd raised in the presentation. In total, I was with my interviewer for 45 minutes.
