Interview
A lot of details to fill out in the online application form, followed by Technical interview with exercises. It lasted 1 hour on computer without internet access. Once successful, it was followed by an onsite interview with 4 people lasting about 1 hour.

Question 1
Nothing too difficult. Only 1 real Computer Science style question was writing an interface for a tree walking class. The rest of the questions were all quite closely related to the real world.

Interview
Pretty simple process. I like that they gave me an opportunity to see a full day of the position before taking the job. I got to meet with the assistant managing partner initially and then spent time shadowing a business account consultant and how they meet with their customers. It gave me a very real understanding of the position.
