Interview
Long and thorough discussion based interview with the two nursery managers - around the two hour mark. Asked a variety of questions from personal experience to practical examples. Once discussion interview is complete you are invited back for a "stay and play" to see if you gel with the team/children in a certain room.

Interview
The first 30 minutes of interview with Centre Director that asked over 10 questions about the job and some scenarios. Then the next 30 minutes in the room trial session to interacting with children, I was placed in a toddler room in this session which I had a good and positive experience.
