An initial 30 minute video call with the recruiter, followed by a take home task (creating a deck that addresses some department growth opportunities), then a video interview with the Head of the People and another recruiter, and finally an in person meeting with members of the team.
I was interviewing with multiple companies at the time and found my interview experience with Butternut to be the most human. The questions and process were thoughtful, the interviewers were friendly and passionate about the company, and I was always kept updated and informed throughout the process.
