Overall they want to see that you are liked by the team and capable of doing online marketing. They churn a lot of people so if you've got the basic skills and smarts, they want to see if you are a hard worker and willing to commit.
Questions around prior history and skills. A major point of emphasis for them is work ethic and they will ask your references as well. If they don't think you are at least a borderline workaholic, they aren't too interested.
