The interview process here is broken. Communication is poor and from my experience, candidates are strung along. Days and weeks between each step after verbal and written confirmation of next steps. For me, the behavior and how candidates are treated are just unprofessional. If it's not a right fit, please just tell people.

Question 1
Tell me about your experience with client management.
How many years have you worked in project management?
How do you handle difficult situations?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at BuzzRx in Nov 2022
Interview
I was informed about the Outreach Sales Representative position by a recruiter on Indeed. The role aligned with my current background, so I became interested in applying. I spoke to the recruiter and the call was interesting. Whereas we did go over the expectations of the role, I was barely asked questions about my work experience. The recruiter also stated that I would be able to interview with the hiring manager. I sent over my schedule and there wasn’t a follow-up. Unfortunately, I was ghosted. It would’ve been nice to communicate if the position was offered to someone else instead of having to wait around.
