The interview process is ridiculous and hard to manage if you already have a job and you don't want them to know you are looking elsewhere. 1. Group Interview with other candidates (may or may not be for the same position) 2. Panel Interview with 5 employees. You prepare a PowerPoint presentation about yourself beforehand. 3. They give you a problem and you have to work with people at the company and come up with a solution. You then give a presentation to the department of your solution. ( You are paid as a 1099 employee for your time working on this.)
