Interview
Had four rounds of interviews - one with peers, one with the regional head, one with a cross-functional teammate and the final round with the head of the department. Overall, a very positive experience. It made me a lot more interested to work in the firm.

Q: Talk me through a project you did previously where you had to deal with multiple stakeholders. Ideally, give the example in a STAR format.
Straight forward interview on background and experience.
3-4 including recruiter.
1 on 1 interviews no panel or tasks / projects to complete to pass to the next level. They may look into your background to identify which team is a better fit if needed.
Claro e tranquilo, várias etapas, porém claras e significativas. As entrevistas foram me mostrando os desafios do cargo o que ajudou a tomar uma decisão em relação a proposta. O recruiter acompanhou de perto todo o processo dando segurança em cada etapa.

Interview
There are 4 rounds of interviews. 1. Phone Screening 2. Initial Interview 3. Hiring Manager Interview 4. HR I am done with the hiring manager interview and the recruiter said "The processing period is about 1-2 weeks, we'll keep you posted." and I don;t know what if I passed or not. Inter view questions are pretty basic. Just know what the role is, highlight your experience that applies to the role you are applying for and know about TikTok's trends, common issues, and improvements. I just hope that the recruiter will get back to me and make an offer.
