The process for me consists of two stages. First with HR, and then team leader. The HR asked some work experience-related questions for 15 minutes. In a few days, I met the team leader over zoom for 1 hr ish. The whole process is fast and smooth.

1st: HR interview - General background, behavioral - Normal behavioral questions, about 20 minutes 2nd: Investment team interview - Behavioral + market trend - Focused on past portfolios & research methods 3rd: Investment team interview - Behavioral + market trend - Depending on the interviewer, my interviewer focused on my personal motivations more than market trends and past portfolios
