Interview
I went through two phases of interviews. The first interview was with the intern supervisors who told me about the position and asked basic questions. The second interview was with one of the partners and another staff person. I was asked tougher questions during this round.

Interview
One day after applying, I got a response immediately the day after to schedule a phone interview. The hiring rep was very warm and pleasant to speak to. Interview lasted around half an hour and they were very open to questions about the company and were transparent with the details of the position. Overall it was a very fair process and they respond with an answer to either move forward or reject you within a week's time (which is a HUGE blessing these days).
