They were pretty racist and were reaching into the conclusion without even properly evaluating the candidate's qualifications and previous experiences. This was annoying because firstly they didn't agree on a virtual interview so I had to travel all the way then they took software test, that also went well for me but their comments were very racist, it seems like their intention was not evaluating, they already have someone in mind for the position.
