The interview process began with a phone interview and Jeff made it seem like an easy conversation. Then to be considered for second interview, you have to take a test that is about transactions and money handling. The test gives you information before the questions and it is timed. If you pass the test, you would then move on to an in office interview at whichever location you applied to. The branch manager, assistant branch manager, and Jeff were in the second interview and it was more structured. They ask you questions that are from a document that they fill out as the interview progresses. The questions are standard interview questions: who you are, why you are interested, 'tell me about a time where..'. Taking a quick pause to think about your answers will help you- do not rush the interview. You need to get to know them as much as they need to get to know you. Come prepared with a few questions about the day in a life of this role because this is where you want to find that out.
