CAA Club Group Systems Analyst interview questions

Simple questions about ITIL and how to manage expectations with users. CAA cares alot about perception that the business users have of IT, so that was the target of the conversation. It was a fairly simple interview. There were basic questions about whether I was comfortable with Visio/Office etc..
