CADD Centre interview questions

General behavior questions such as what are my strengths and what are my weaknesses. About my academic failures and how i cope from that. Any prior experience and how it relates to job now.

It was an interview, I did well but no response. The company was focused on asking multiple questions. While I was able to answer all those questions. The questions were relevant and I did very very very well how ever, I completed the interview.
