I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at CADY
Interview
Easy interview, just a bit lengthy and tedious. Long periods in between answers and next steps. The recruiter and hiring managers were all super friendly throughout, though. I got to meet a few as I interviewed and liked starting somewhere that I already had people I knew.

Interview
Contacted by a recruiter to interview. Interviewed via phone with a different recruiter. She was super unprepared, did not seem to have the correct information, originally told me I would be overseeing 4 different locations, one being 80 miles away from my home, then when I asked clarifying questions, her response was that she corrected herself and said she "hadn't read the information as thoroughly as she should have." (!!) Then she got quite condescending when talking about pay and other important information. Asked me if I was free for a second interview, I said yes, and she said she would be in touch soon. Its been 3 weeks since then and I haven't heard from her or anyone else since. I didn't even receive a rejection notice, so I have no idea what's going on in that company, but it seems super disorganized and inconsistent.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CADY in Apr 2024
Interview
I was approached via LinkedIn by a recruiter about a position with CADY. I had never heard of the company, but did some research and decided to schedule an exploratory call with her. We spoke about the role and the company to the best of her ability (I believe she said it was her second or third day on the job), and she passed my information along to the senior management team. They scheduled an interview for the following week. Fast forward to the morning of the interview, I receive a call from the same recruiter letting me know they'd filled the position. Frankly, huge waste of time. She had no specific feedback as to why they chose not to speak to the candidates they had already deemed qualified to interview for the position. She then asked if I would be interested in interviewing for an assistant management job instead. Hard no. An absolute waste of time.

Question 1
Being that the position was for a new location far removed from their existing territory, they wanted to know my familiarity with the market and the community demographic.
