The process is long and would be better suited if they worked with other departments looking for dispatchers in the area. This way a new test isn't needed over and over to reapply and try to get more people in the door potentially.

3 months - 9 questions and panel interview. Just be yourself! And state why you want to work and be a dispatcher. They have an info session to break down what you’re signing up for.
