First interviewed face to face with the store manager which was quite formal. I then got asked to a second interview with HR through Skype. This was more of a conversation just trying to get to know their candidate e.g why are you right for this role and talk through you CV

In a hotel,busy,lasted about 10 mins,2 people doing the interviews, polite and felt comfortable, wasn't uncomfortable, made feel at ease during the interview.no trick questions Didn't get a call back

Formal interview with a number of structured questions - Very biased and sometimes one minded - Would suggest a trail basis in store with on store manager. Some of the questions were very difficult and i feel could make the candidate very nervous in the first few minutes of interview - Two stages of interview are alot for a sales assistant position - making the journey to the head office in ballyshannon was very difficult
